How
Do I know My Client Will Pay Me Once I Negotiate Their Delinquent
Debts? |
 |
Contrary to popular belief, most consumers that have fallen behind
on their debts were NOT Intentional. In fact 80% of consumers who
have past due or delinquent debts may have faced one of multiple
problems that caused the delinquency to occur.
In many cases the situation they were dealing with was temporary
at the time the debts became delinquent. Many clients that you will
be working with have delinquent debts from years ago when they were
dealing with their problem.
Consumers are looking for REAL Help & REAL Solutions
to help them deal with their creditors and their debt. With this
in mind consumers are looking for the help of Knowledgeable service
to help them, that is where you come in with your debt negotiation
service. You offer a service to help protect your clients rights
while negotiating their debts with their creditors or collection
entities, therefore it is unlikely that your Clients Won't Pay You
fees for your service, in fact you will find a majority of your
clients will be MORE THEN HAPPY to pay your fees for the services
you provide to them.
With any business, you may have one or two clients that will attempt
to get out of paying you for your services. To try and help prevent
this from occuring you can charge your clients an upfront fee of
around $250 - $500 as we suggest in the business program.
We also include an Arbitration Clause in the Contract that is included
with your business program, this adds an extra level of security
in working with your client to insure that they pay.
National Debt Consultants, Inc. has represented hundreds of consumers
and has only had to enforce the Arbitration clause against a client
in about 8 cases, out of hundreds. Each time this occurred we won
the case, due to an arbitration clause we include in our contracts,
the same contracts you would possibly be using. Once we won the
arbitration a judgment was entered against the client, in which
we were able to immediately collect our money.
Most of your
clients WILL NOT bite the hand that feeds!

 |
Is
Debt Negotiation the same as “Debt Arbitration”? |
 |
Yes, there are many different names that debt negotiation services
go by, debt arbitration is only one of them. They also go by Debt
Mediation, Debt Management, Debt Elimination, Debt Settlement, etc,
the list goes on. All you have to do is do a Google search for Debt
help and you will find multiple names listed.

|
 |
Is
Debt Negotiation Legal? |
 |
Debt Negotiation is 100% legal; in fact many creditors would
rather work with a professional debt negotiation service rather
then the consumer, who they may no longer consider a client. Not
only is debt negotiation 100% legal, but it is also ethical and
possibly the best alternative to Bankruptcy or Consumer Credit Counseling.

|
 |
What
about Competition? |
 |
As with any business, whether you are selling colored sand or
selling cars, you will always have competition. The difference between
many industries and the debt negotiation industry……..is
that no matter how much competition there is out there, there are
millions of people that will be able to use your service…there
will always be consumers in debt.
*Your focus should always be on Success, and not how much competition
is out there.

|
 |
Is
Debt Negotiation like Consumer Credit Counseling? |
 |
Debt Negotiation is unlike Consumer Credit Counseling, in fact
they are like night and day. Debt negotiation is the process of
negotiating a reduced pay-off on an unsecured debt, where as CCC
is merely negotiating a reduction of the interest being accessed
on an account.

|
 |
How
do I know what you are saying is true? |
 |
Great Question! Everything I say is true, because for the past
8 years we have owned & operated a national debt negotiation
service called National Debt Consultants, Inc. “We’ve
helped hundreds of clients become debt free while saving millions
of dollars off our client's debts.” We have taken our personal
knowledge and experience and packaged all this information together
to offer you the same lucrative opportunity we have been experiencing
for years, and will experience for years to come.

|
 |
A
friend of a friend tried a program similar to this and didn’t
have any success? |
 |
Not to sound arrogant by any means, but we also have had friends
of friends that have started their own debt negotiation business and
are making hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every year.
As far as we are aware, this is a one of a kind program. There
may be other companies offering a similar program, but no one can
stand up to all the information, knowledge and support we provide
to you. With this in mind, please refer such friends to us, and
we will help them to “Truly Be A Success”
in their own debt negotiation business.

|
 |
There are numerous ways for you to get paid from your client,
you will generally get paid once you successfully negotiate a reduced
pay-off of your client’s debt and present them with the pay-off
(settlement) letter. Payments will usually be immediate, all this
is covered extensively in our debt negotiation business program.

|
 |
Why
would a creditor agree to a reduced pay-off?
|
 |
In most cases a creditor will agree to a settlement on a unsecured
delinquent debt because they may never be able to collect the debt
otherwise without having to use a costly collection agency or attorney,
or have to sell the debt for pennies on the dollar anyways.
A bank or creditor would rather take a percentage of the balance
owing rather then have to write the entire debt off.
Fact: 66% of ALL of the debts managed by U.S. collection
agencies is NEVER collected!
